Yuga Labs Announces Launch of Official Book on CryptoPunks

Yuga Labs has announced a new collaboration with Zak Group for the book launch, which will feature „untold stories“ related to the project, as promised by Yuga. The book will detail every Punk, pixel by pixel, showcasing the artwork of 10,000 NFTs and their significant effect since inception. It is scheduled for release this winter and prominent digital artists and community members will contribute to it alongside Larva Labs‘ Matt Hall and John Watkinson.

Prominent Digital Artists Involved

Prominent digital artists and community members will contribute to the book alongside Matt Hall and John Watkinson from Larva Labs, who launched CryptoPunks six years ago sparking an NFT art trend while also serving as a blueprint for other initiatives. The book’s development will be documented with community feedback included in progress.

Significant Effect Since Inception

CryptoPunks was released with a predetermined set of 10,000 NFTs that served as one of the inspirations for the ERC-721 standard. According to CryptoSlam, this project has produced over $2.1 billion in trade activity so far – including one single Punk being sold for $23.7 million in 2022 – although secondary markets are now trading them slightly lower than their November 2021 “floor price” of over $417,000 worth of ETH ($89k).

NFT Art Trend Sparked

CryptoPunks debuted as a free mint on Ethereum at 2017 and saw rapid demand early 2021 when its value skyrocketed along with other NFTs as well – thus sparking an NFT art trend while also serving as a blueprint for several subsequent other initiatives including Nike’s Icons book designed by Virgil Abloh’s design company Zak Group which is now collaborating with Yuga Labs on this official CryptoPunk book’s launch .

Winter Release Scheduled

The official CryptoPunk Book is scheduled for release this winter featuring material from both its Discord server and Twitter account plus many untold stories about this projects development throughout time; enabling us all to learn more about how this unique concept works whilst better understanding its impact on digital art culture today .
